RED BARON BOCK
A beautiful German style dark lager.

MIGHTYMALT DOPPLEBOCK
This is a strong version of Bock, which the Germans insist it should have at least 7.5% alcohol. It has heaps of flavour and hop aroma.
1 can of Coopers Bitter or Ale
2 kg Light Dry Malt Extract
500g Glucose or Dextrose
200g Cracked Crystal Malt
50g Cracked Black Malt
100g Cracked Chocolate Malt
20g Hersbrucker Hop Pellets
OLD COUNRTY STRONG BROWN ALE
A big malty ale with plenty of flavour and colour.
The English hops finishes it off beautifully.

150g Cracked black malt or Roasted Barley
750g Light Dry Malt Extract
750g Glocose or Dextrose
15g Fuggles Hop Pellets
ROCKY MOUNTAIN AMERICAN DARK
This is a Bock-Like lager made with added chocolate malt.
The American Mount Hood hops add fine flavour and aroma.

Best Bitter is the most popular beer style in Britain.
It has a deep copper colour and excellent hop characteristics.

GOOD NIGHT IRENE BARLEY WINE
A really strong beer (about 9-10%)

Note: If you have any spare yeast, you will get a better result

BLACK DOG
This is a blend of 2 beer kits to make a brewed black and tan.
It is malty and dark with plenty of bite.
Half a can of Coopers Stout and half a can of Coopers Lager
500g Light Dry Malt Extract
500g Glucose or Dextrose
O’LEARY STOUT
This is a very strong pure malt stout in the Guinness tradition
with plenty of body and flavour.(7.5% Alcohol)
1 can of Coopers Stout
1.5 to 1.7 kg Light Dry Malt Extract
Note: Fill your fermenter to the 18 litre mark only.
If you have any spare yeast, you will get a better result
by using 2 identical packets of yeast instead of 1.
O’GAWD STOUT
Here is yet another great stout, malty with added hop flavour.
